Return Policy
- All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
- For any damages or production errors there is a 14 day return policy following the date of delivery confirmation.

Shipping & Processing Time
- PLEASE BE AWARE MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE PRE-ORDER ONLY. Expected fulfillment windows are provided on product pages in the description and also sent out in order confirmation emails.
- Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders. We do not offer expedited shipping or combine shipping for multiple orders.
- We are responsible for any damaged or lost in transit packages and are responsible for filing the claim with the shipping carriers.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked delivered.
- Domestic orders over $400 will be shipped "signature required".
- Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the US once an order is fulfilled.
- We honor a 30 day window for reconciling shipping issues from the expected ship dates.
- If your orders shipping information does not update within 3 days after the initial package shipped confirmation, please reach out to merch@comptocowboys.com
For International orders any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.
